Club volunteers are free to book any courses they wish at any time. However, if a volunteer would like the club to contribute towards the cost of the course, permission must be sought from the head coach prior to booking.

All courses are booked via GMS and once completed, will form part of the coaches records.

The club will pay the cost of the course (or a share of it) . Wherever possible, this will be in the form of a credit to the volunteers membership card but alternative methods of refund can be arranged if requested.
