After last weeks close home encounter with Westcliff, Chelmsford 2nd XV travelled down the A414 to play their second away game of season against Harlow 2nd XV at Latton Park. Captain Gardner won the toss and without hesitation decided to play into the wind in the first half.

A late change saw Max Williams come in at full back and Saulge Hubert switching to the right wing. The Harlow fly half was keen to kick for early territory, but the Blueboy forwards were scrummaging well and being abrasive in the tackle. In previous weeks the backs have been a real strength, and their skill set was again on show for try number three.
